1. Payment Terms - Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

1.1 Payment Schedule
Upfront Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.
Installment Payments: If applicable, installment payments will be outlined in a separate agreement and must be adhered to as per the schedule provided.
1.2. Billing
All billing information provided must be accurate and complete.
Any changes to your billing information must be promptly updated.
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to the specified payment method.
1.3. Pricing and Taxes
Pricing will be provided upon request or as part of a service agreement.
You are responsible for any taxes, including sales, use, or value-added taxes, that may apply to your purchase.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
1.4. Disputes
Any payment disputes must be reported within 14 days of the transaction date. Please contact our customer service at accounts@celebrationmediasolutions.com to resolve any issues.
1.5. Currency Conversion
If your payment method uses a different currency, you may be subject to currency conversion fees by your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for any such fees.
1.6. Secure Payment
We use multiple secure payment gateways to ensure the processing of your payment information.
Your payment information is encrypted and securely transmitted to our payment processors. We do not store your payment details on our servers.
2. Termination: Either Party may terminate this Agreement:
If either Party is in material breach of this Agreement and such breach is incapable of remedy.
If either Party fails to remedy its material breach within 14 days of notice.
If an order is made for the winding up of either Party, or either Party is unable to pay its debts.
3. Indemnity
The CLIENT agrees to indemnify and hold harmless from and against any and all losses, expenses, damages, claims, fines, penalties, costs, and liabilities resulting from the Client's use of the Services or any alleged violation of these Terms of Service.
4. Trademarks
All trademarks, trade dress, and other intellectual property may not be used without express written consent.
5. Confidential Information
5.1 Definition: "Confidential Information" includes any information related to either Party's directors, officers, employees, budgets, prices, accounts, and any other commercially sensitive information.
5.2 Confidentiality Obligation: Each Party agrees to treat Confidential Information as private and confidential and not to reproduce or use it except as necessary to perform the Service.
6. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties pertaining to the service and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
7. Criminal Offense or Fraudulent Use
The Service may not be used fraudulently or in connection with a criminal offense. We reserve the right to suspend or disconnect the service in case of fraudulent or illegal use.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any dispute shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in the United Kingdom.
